* Fairfield in southeast Iowa - PRN PT hospital/outpt/skilled nursing
* Mason City Iowa in north central Iowa - PT (Up to $10K sign on bonus, PTA, and SLP in skilled nursing facilities
* Oskaloosa in southeast Iowa - PT for hospital/outpt
* Ottumwa (industrial rehab) and Albia (hospital/outpt) in southeast Iowa - PT position full time
