The Occupational Therapist is responsible for provision of occupational therapy within the regulations of the NC Board of Occupational Therapy to include:
Patient evaluation
Administration/supervision of treatments
Teaching
Documentation of services in the patients medical record, appropriate communication/conduct
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements

Education:
Graduated from an accredited program with a degree in Occupational Therapy
Maintains current state license with the NCOT state board and NBCOT

Physical & Mental:
Written and verbal command of English
No significant restrictions in bending, squatting, and lifting
No significant restrictions in eye/hand coordination
Must be skilled in patient handling techniques

Experience:
At least 1 year of experience
