Occupational Therapist Assistant COTA/L

Occupational Job Duties:1.Complete and maintain necessary records / documentation.
2.Evaluate progress on an ongoing basis and provide weekly reports.3.Assist in writing IEP goals relevant to each individual’s realistic rehabilitative needs.
5.Select and implement activities that will help individuals learn work and life management skills within limits of their mental and physical capabilities.
6.Conduct group activities as deemed necessary.
7.Provide any tests or evaluations to help determine goals and need areas.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must be a licensed Occupational Therapist or COTA to assist in developing programming for our individuals in group and 1:1 settings at the day program as well as with any needs that may arise in their homes.
Also candidate must be willing to work with individuals w/special needs in Mental Retardation Group Homes and Adult Training Facility.
