Occupational Therapist, $15,000 sign-on

University Specialty Hospital (USH) is a 180-bed facility that is classified as a long-term acut care. This unique hospital is part of the University of Maryland Medical System.

The patient mix at USH consists of post-acute medically complex, CVA, TBI, Spinal Cord Injury, Coma, Orthopedic and general deconditioned patients, to name a few.

Must evaluate and provide skilled Occupational Therapy services to inpatients of varied diagnoses, according to their age specific needs. Additionally, the Occupational Therapist must maintain appropriate and timely chart documentation, including initial evaluation, re-evaluation, progress notes, care plans, patient/family education forms, billing, and discharge summaries.

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Licensed by, or eligible to be licensed in the state of Maryland
One year relevant clinical experience required
