Occupational Theraist

Provides patient /client care in accordance with established practice standards and facility/departmental policies. Performs patient assessment and summarizes objective clinical findings. Provides care in accordance with physician’s orders Develops accurate individualized care plans and evaluates effectiveness of treatment plan. Demonstrates appropriate knowledge and correct application of clinical techniques, procedures and programs for clinical setting. Plan and makes appropriate discharge plans.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and NBCOT certified with valid and current Occupational Therapy Michigan registration. Familiarity with current federal and state regulations MDS process. 1 to 2 years of experience in Geriatric population preferred.
