Responsible for total nursing care, assessment, planning implementation, and evaluation of assigned patient.Plans, provides, evaluates, and documents nursing care, discharge planning and teaching.Assures plan is carried out and provided in a safe environment, through performance and supervision of subordinate personnel.Functions as charge nurse when required.
REQUIREMENTS
Registered Nurse currently licensed by the State of Texas.OR Circulator experience strongly desired.Attractive Sign-on Bonus.
