UNITJob Description: Provides nursing care to assigned patients through the use of nursing process in accordance with standard nursing practice and established nursing policies and procedures. Supervises the care rendered by ancillary personnel. Coordinates nursing care with physicians and other members of the healthcare team.Shift Information: 8:00 am 4:30 pm PT Varies.8:00 am 4:30 pm FT Monday - Friday, Occasional Weekends.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Graduate of a state approved school of professional nursing with current licensure in Georgia. Experience in one or both of the following areas is preferred: Critical Care and/or Interventional Radiology.This position requires knowledge of cardiac medications, cardiac rhythm monitoring, hemodynamic pressure monitoring, 12-lead EKG interpretation and emergency procedures. Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support are required and will be obtained within 1 year of hire and maintained every 2 years.
