Shft: DaysJob Description:Operational Excellence through People and Systems' plans, or assists with strategic direction and development of comprehensive programs for systems and subsidiaries. Ensures current and future programs have a line of sight to the mission, critical success factors, and the competitive advantage key initiatives. Provides continuing efforts regarding Back and Spine Center as well as center of excellence for joint replacement. Analyze and develop budgets and financial targets for department programs. Integrates critical success factors to ensure financial targets are achieved. Marketing efforts to increase patient volume in back and spine surgery, as well as joint replacements. Contributes to planning for use of physical, human, and capital budget fiscal resources. Customer Satisfaction Monitors and continually improves customer satisfaction levels for both internal and external customers. Seeks out and forges alliances that benefit the systems and people. Provides consultation to Executive management to assist with decision making. Marketing to the service areas of the hospital, including physicians, payor groups and the public. Ensures delivery of high quality care through active participation and development of a quality management plan and compliance with appropriate regulatory and accrediting agencies. Helping staff and referral physicians to maintain current knowledge in respective fields.Experience: Five years of experience in the care of back and spinal patients. At least 5 years in general orthopaedics and joint replacement.Preferred Experience: Additional training and experience beyond 5 years is preferable. Program Development. New Product evaluation and analysis.Education/Licensure: Graduation from an approved/accredited school of nursing is required. RN or RN-Nurse Practitioner.
Must have a Current Registered Nurse License in Nebraska or Iowa, Nebraska and Iowa are compact states, so license must be held in the state of your residence.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Have the ability to lead and facilitate groups. Ability to teach patients and staff. Understanding and experience in marketing. Outstanding organizational skills.
