This position works closely with the in-house claims adjusting team, TPA, and facility representatives to provide the best care for injured Associates in alignment with our core values, policies, and procedures. REQUIREMENTS
Skills: College Degree - ADN/BSN
Computer literacy skills required.
Strong negotiation, written/oral communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required.Experience:
3 years Nursing experience required
3 years Case Management experience
Experience in insurance, workers’ compensation, and/or Non-Subscription a plusLicenses:
Registered Nurse with the State of Texas
Case Management certification
CCRN, CDMS, CCM or CRC a plus
