Works in conjunction with Senior Clinical Systems Analyst to facilitate ongoing computer competency within Nursing. Works in conjunction with Nursing Directors to facilitate ongoing performance improvement. Clinical hours at the bedside are required. Familiarity with Meditech Systems and Performance Improvement. Strong clinical, communication and intra-personal skills. Current NYS License as an RN is a requirement, however, a BSN is highly preferred.
