Medical Facilities of America is a leading, transitional, skilled and rehabilitation Company with Health & Rehabilitation Centers located throughout Virginia and North Carolina. We are currently recruiting experienced Registered Nurses who are eager to advance their skills and their careers. MFA is offering an exciting and uniquely designed leadership program for aspiring Directors of Nursing. Selected participants to our paid program will join our staff and undergo four, consecutive weeks of structured education and professional development at the company's home office in Roanoke, Virginia. Following the classroom sessions participants will be provided operational assignment as an Assistant Director of Nursing in one of our many Healthcare Centers located throughout Virginia and North Carolina. This affords the opportunity to enhance newly developed skills, broaden operational experience and foster management readiness for future Director of Nursing opportunities within our organization. RNs with strong clinical, interpersonal and critical thinking skills are a must. A post graduate or bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred but not required. E-mail cover letter and resume to
