NURSING-ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF NURSINGHCR ManorCare, the leader in skilled nursing and rehabilitation care, is
seeking an Asst. Director of Nursing for our Walnut Creek facility. Monitor
resident care, assist in training and scheduling nursing staff & care planning.
Req's. use of Minimum Data assessment & infection control practices. Assist in
developing nursing procedures & supervise professional nursing staff to ensure
quality care. Must be able to relate to residents, families & staff, & must
possess good overall human relations skills. Must have good org., mgt. &
verbal skills. Must be licensed RN w/ at least 2 yrs supervisory exp.
We offer excellent compensation with a full benefit package including 401(K),
tuition reimbursement and assistance with student loans.
