Function: NursingPay Type: Non-ExemptPosition Number: 90125270 Nurse RnEmployee Type: Full Time Shift N/AJob Description: SUMMARY: The staff RN shall comply with Occupational Health Services policies and procedures; provide Team Members occupational health services including injury and illness prevention, health promotion and health maintenance; and assume RN supervisory duties as assigned by Complex RN Manager/RN Supervisor. This position will provide emergency care/stabilization for injured/ill Team Member; provide early detection and conservative treatment for cumulative trauma disorders; participate in plant safety and ergonomic walks throughout the plant plus maintain appropriate documentation; and maintain records as required by company policy and federal regulation. Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; current active Nebraska nursing license in good standing.Experience: 1+ years nursing experience; occupational health nursing desired/ emergency or critical care background a plus; and nursing skills to include assessment and care.Computer Skills: Basic computer skills. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills verbally and in writing; good grammar, punctuation, spelling and organizational skills. Certifications: Associate or BS in NursingTravel: Minimal.Special Skills and Other Requirements: Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
