Southside Hospital is in Suffolk County located in the town of Bay Shore, New York. It is considered a community hospital, yet our 377- bed facility provides an extensive range of speciality services. This includes Level II Trauma Center and ICU, Acute Respiratory Unit, Telemetry, Cardiology, Radiation Oncology Center, Vascular Institute, Maternal-Child Center , Acute Rehab and Medical/Surgical Units.
REQUIREMENTS
Per Diem- Varied hours and days (must be available to work some weekends and holidays).

Qualifications:
Current NYS Nurse Practitioner license.
Current NYS Certification as Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatry.
Masters Degree.
Minimum of 2 years experience in Psychiatry.
Ed experience preferred.
Current BLS certification.
