Nurse Practitioner- Psychiatric

St. Mary’s Healthcare System for Children is a national leader in providing health care for children with complex medical needs; e.g., effects of premature birth, cancer, HIV/AIDS, genetic disorders. Through treatment and intensive rehabilitation programs St. Mary’s help children overcome a wide range of physical and developmental challenges. On any given day, St. Mary’s serves 3,000 children either in its inpatient facilities or via its extensive Home Care programs in the five boroughs of New York City, Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, and Rockland counties.

Seeking a creative, flexible, systems-oriented, licensed professional to provide psychiatric services in our inpatient facility. Services include psychiatric evaluation, psychopharmacologic management, individual/family therapy, and staff consultation.
REQUIREMENTS
Current NYS Nurse Practitioner license: Prior experience working in pediatric/medical settings preferred, Bilingual/multilingual a plus.
