Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

NURSE PRACTITIONER/PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

Interventional Pain Specialists of Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in providing comprehensive quality care to patients in our Rice Lake and Hudson offices. We are currently looking to fill two part-time positions (one position per office) or one full-time position with willingness to travel between the two office locations.

This position requires an outgoing, caring professional to provide comprehensive patient assessment and support. You will work closely with the Nurse Coordinator and Medical Director or provide comprehensive care plans via documenting medical/psychosocial history of patients, ordering diagnostic procedures and medication, education patients regarding treatments and interventional procedures, and providing follow-up care.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited program with NCCPA or AANP certification, DEA registration and current WI licensure.
