Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant
The Indiana Hand Center is a specialty, physician owned practice of the hand and upper extremity (fingertips through shoulders). Our main site houses a clinic, x-ray, outpatient surgery center and a therapy department.

NP/PA will serve as a patient educator and the first point of contact for patients who present to the clinic and need immediate care (those non emergency that are not directed to the local hospitals).
Duties include triaging and treating these patients; removing bulky dressings, suturing or removing sutures, casting, and other minor office procedures as needed.
Will include some assisting in surgery.
Charting and dictation is expected.
Will be cross trained with Triage office.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be licensed in the state of Indiana with a graduate degree as a NP or PA.
Must be well-organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have a high energy level, and a positive attitude is required to provide optimum patient care.
Two or more years of experience as an NP or PA is required and previous orthopedic experience preferred.
Ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, highly motivated and willing to work in a team environment.
