Evercare is expanding into Rhode Island! We invite you to bring your talent and experience to the management of a team of Nurse Practitioners who provide primary care to our members in long-term care facilities. In this key role, you would gain the satisfaction of helping to improve the health outcomes of frail, elderly adults, while enjoying regular, weekday hours-no nights or weekends!

Primary responsibilities include:
:
Managing and developing a growing team of NPs focusing on geriatric care
Building strong relationships with nursing home staff
Providing in-services and staff education on the Evercare model
Spending the majority of the workweek in the field to provide directions to the NPs
Facilitating new site openings
Implementing quality initiatives

Job Requirements:Prior NP experience is required, along with experience in a long term care environment. Candidates with hospice or home health experience are strongly preferred. A background in management will also be needed, with Director of Nursing experience a major plus. Good computer skills essential.
