Nurse Manager - Hematology/Oncology/BMT

We currently have an opening for a high energy Nurse Manager for our in-patient Hematology/Oncology and BMT unit.

This 35 bed unit offers expert care for patients with oncologic, hematologic and gynecological malignancies. Patients include those undergoing chemotherapy or who have respiratory neoplasms, red blood cell disorders, lymphoma, or non-acute leukemia. The unit's new Palliative Care room provides a comfortable and private setting to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual care needs of patients with terminal or advanced-stage illnesses and their families. A separate Marrow Transplant Unit adjoins the main nursing unit.
REQUIREMENTS
KS RN/eligible and BLS required. Two years of management experience preferred. Previous hematology/oncology experience, BSN, and/or Master's degree in nursing or healthcare related field strongly preferred.
