Job Description:
Responsibilities:

Perform telephonic case management of an assigned group of workers' compensation cases, including return-to-work coordination and medical treatment plan management.

Provide onsite medical resourcing services to AIGCS adjusters.

Qualifications Required:

Excellent written and oral skills.

Prior case management experience in workers' compensation setting desirable.

RN required.

CCM preferred.
