Function: NursingPay Type: Non-ExemptPosition Number: 90125192 Nurse LPNEmployee Type: Full Time Shift N/AJob Description: SUMMARY: This position is responsible for participation in the Nursing Process by assisting the registered nurse/nurse manager and providing emergency care/stabilization for injured/ill Team Members, provides first aid treatment and nursing care for all medical conditions with in Clinical Condition Guidelines, dispensing over the counter and prescription medications as per Standing Medication Orders, and assisting with required health assessments for specified programs. Other duties include conducting schedule and/or perform assessment and testing according to company policy includes but not limited to post hire assessment, injury/illness assessment, respirator/Hazmat surveillance, drug and alcohol testing, spirometry and audiometric testing. Maintain OSHA, State and Team Member health records, and participating in plant safety and ergonomic programs. Other responsibilities include assisting with Team Member health promotion, education and training programs, assist with maintenance and documentation of workers# compensation cases, conduct plant walkthroughs and maintaining confidentiality of health records per company policy and performing other duties as the need arises.REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Minimum academic preparation includes completion of licensed practical/vocational accredited school of nursing program and current license to practice as a license practical/vocational nurse in state of Texas.Experience: 1 plus years experience in the performance of nursing skills relative to Occupational Health Nursing, preferred. Current CPR/First Aid instructor and CAOHC certification preferred.
