Nurse - Intake Gero Psychiatric

Spring Mountain Sahara, a sister facility opening in October 2006 is seeking an experienced Nurse for its Intake Department. Spring Mountain Sahara is located at Sahara and Lindell and will be serving those in need of gero psychiatric care, male and female. As Intake Coordinator for our facility you will ensure accurate information of daily census and potential admission information.Monitor and evaluates intake/admission information and evaluates insurance verification information. Coordinates the scheduling of clinical assessments and monitors for providing of appropriate disposition.
REQUIREMENTS
Your related experience will include a minimum of 3 years of post degree experience in the provision of mental health services with adolescents and adults. Masters or Bachelors Degree in Nursing and licensed as an RN in Nevada is required.
