BSN Required
Under limited supervision, and in collaboration with appropriate nursing personnel, participates in the
coordination of clinical practice activities on the unit level through the development and implementation of in-service educational and orientation programs and clinical problem solving. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the pediatric patient. Works in partnership with other staff members and physicians and proactively identifies and provides for customers' needs in accordance with LBH customer service standards and expectations and JCAHO standards and expectations. Position supports pediatric hem/atology oncology clinical practice.



Requirements
Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field; Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. Two years RN experience; two years in area of specialization. Maryland Registered Nurse License; CPR Certification; Nursing Process skills based on MD; Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite; Cerner; Synquest; IDX; Standard Office Equipment; Medical terminology; Critical thinking skills; Medical equipment. Preferred candidate will have two years peds experience including exposure to hem/onc. Independent/demonstrated critical thinking and organizational skills. No weekends/no holidays.
