CAREJob Description: Under the direction of the Neonatal Coordinator, the skills necessary in this job places heavy demands on the individual’s ability to perform and evaluate patient care within the neonatal intensive care unit and the labor and delivery setting. These individuals will serve as leaders within the women’s life center by serving as a resource for therapists, nursing services and other disciplines.Shift Information: 7:00 pm 7:00 am FT Monday - Friday, Occasional Weekends.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: A.S. Degree required. B.S. degree preferred Registered by National Board of Respiratory Care required. Ga. State License (R.C.P) required. Critical Care experience, three years, preferred. Neonatal experience, one year required, three preferred Neonatal Intubation experience, one year, required Continuing competency and skills review. Current NRP certification required Perinatal-Pediatric Specialist preferred at hire; required within 1 year of employment. Requires excellent time management skills. Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal communication skills essential Excellent work ethic and attendance/punctuality are essential
