We are actively seeking a National Sales Director for the nation's fastest-growing provider of comprehensive, drug-testing services to detect narcotics and illicit drugs in human fluids. With state-of-the-art diagnostic analyzers combined with online results, the Laboratory has the capacity and capabilities to service government agencies, corporations, medical clinics, and treatment facilities nationwide.

Their hottest new market is providing drug testing services for Pain Management Clinics. A national sales force is at work signing up clinics nationwide. The Company has excellent sales materials and has had great success exhibiting at Trade Shows.

Now there is a need for a National Sales Director to develop a training program for the Sales Reps to develop “pull through” business from their contracts with Pain Management Clinics. Likely industries where one might get the required experience would be laboratory service sales, pharmaceutical sales, homecare sales, or home infusion therapy sales.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:


1.Familiarity with selling to Physicians.
2.Successful experience managing a small sales force to
get “pull through” business from contracts with
physician groups.
3.Experience developing and implementing sales training
programs.
4.Ability to travel nationally.
5.Ability to work from an office in the Boston area. The
company will not provide relocation.
6.Enjoys a fast-paced entrepreneurial, creative
environment .
