Takes exceptional care of people by developing the nursing research program. Facilitates and conducts academic/clinical research, supports research utilization in nursing practice and develops an ongoing strategic plan for academic/clinical research. Promotes the safety and well-being of all patients and supports the key results area of Barnes-Jewish Hospital (Clinical Quality, Service Excellence, Financial Performance, and Positioning for the Future).Principal Accountabilities and Job Duties:
