NIght Shift Charge Nurse

Pinehurst Park Terrace is located in north Seattle between Lake City and Shoreline. We specialize in short term therapy rehabilitation along with a focus on wound care and infectious disease management. We are licensed by the State of Washington as a Nursing Home and participate in the both State Medicaid and Federal Medicare programs.
Staffing is stable and experienced with a sincere interest for the resident’s safety, security, and health – including both physical and mental health.
Resident rooms can be either spacious or cozy depending on the residents needs.

Scheduled care conferences or informal discussions about care and services are encouraged to promote a more independent lifestyle.

We also include assisted living services in the licensed boarding home portion of the building. This can facilitate the transition from skilled nursing to a more independent living arrangement.

Job Description
To provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practices and regulations, and as may be directed by the Director of Nursing Service or Nursing Department Managers. And, in doing so, to lead or direct non-professional nursing staff in the delivery of direct resident care and support functions
REQUIREMENTS
RN or LPN with awareness of practice standards, regulations, and laws pertaining to the provision of care and services within a skilled nursing facility environment.
