ResponsibilitiesOrganizes, manages and facilitates ensuring the strategic selection of quality indicators in alignment with the hospital vision as a leading, academic medical center and consistent. This is also support the plan for reputation management and rewarding performance contracts. Facilitates and coordinates with senior integrated with existing information systems and databases to support the strategic goals of the organization and the service line at the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. Masters Degree with concentration in Business, Health Administration or Public Health or a Masters in a Clinical Discipline such as a Nursing. PharmD or MD Preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to facilitate teams leading to change. Knowledge of performance improvement methods, quality measurement standards and performance report cards. Competent in desktop computing skills and basic database management.
