ResponsibilitiesThis position, under the supervision of the Administrator of Operations, supports the coordination and management of non-clinical operation activities, in the Client Services, Provider Relations, Marketing and Enrollment Units. Assists Administrator of Operations in day to day Operations Regulatory Compliance, Special Projects and Third Party Administrator (TPA) oversight activities. Critical in supporting insourcing of multiple service areas, while maintaining day to day operations. Supporting activities as needed between the Administrator of Operations and the other Health Plan Units. Works with internal and external; staff to identify possible ways of streamlining Plan operations and overall management. Operates as internal resource staff as it relates to day to day operations. This position seeks an individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage staff. Masters' Degree in Business, Public Health or related field required. Strong organizational skills required. Minimum of 5 years experience in administration in an academic or research setting. Experience in health care policy preferred. Ability to work on multiple projects at different stages of production. Demonstrated capability of working closely with various levels of Hospital, Plan and provider administration is indicated for successful candidate. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills a must accompany strong written and verbal communication skills.
