Mental Health Psychiatric Rehabilitation- Licensed

Dynamic agency seeking an equally dynamic Licensed Mental Health Professional to manage the Day Program in its Prince Georges County Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program. This individual will supervise the overall provision of services to its clients attending its active Day Program, assure ongoing Quality Care and compliance with State guidelines, and participate as an active member of the agency's Service Team. Rehab is focused on skill development in life skill areas targeted in each client's plan of care. Life skill areas include personal hygiene, medication management, community integration, and self care. Work with other professionals and make a difference in the lives of our clients. Our staff monitor medication compliance and coordinate with treating clinical professionals. We also, provide Case Management and Entitlement coordination to our active population.
REQUIREMENTS
A Degree in a Human Services field such as Social Work or Psychology and 1 year experience working with mentally ill persons.
Licensed as a mental health professional in Maryland.
Must have own car and insurance.
Must have good working knowledge of the English language.
Must present documentation of a consistent work and/or educational history that reflects your commitment to the company you work for and the clients you serve.
Employment is not finalized until each candidate passes a criminal background check and skills competency review.
