Medical Technologist/Medical Lab Technician
FAIRFIELD MEDICAL CENTER, A 222-bed facility, is seeking Dedicated Laboratory Professionals to work in our full-service Laboratory. We currently have a full-time variable evening/night shift and a full-time variable shift available for Medical Technologists or Medical Lab Technicians.
These individuals will be responsible for performing routine and STAT Laboratory Analysis on various body fluids while ensuring accuracy, timeliness and efficiency, reviewing and interpreting these results with proper follow-up, maintaining all applicable equipment, and completing all documentation and record keeping requirements.
Qualified candidates will possess an Associate or Bachelor Degree in one of the Chemical, Biological or Physical Sciences and be Certified by the ASCP.
