CBIZ Medical Management Professionals, Inc., the nation’s premier provider of medical practice management services is currently recruiting for an Operations/Practice Manager to be based in Orlando, Clearwater or West Palm Beach area.

Primary Responsibilities:
This person selected for this position will assume responsibilities for operational performance for one or more of Florida’s most prestigious physician groups. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of a thirty-employee billing office, including accounts receivable management, reimbursement management, and payor relations performance standards.

Qualifications:
Proven success in leadership, customer service and physician/client relationships
Effective meeting management and presentation skills to large client groups
Three (3) + years experience managing multiple clients, including two (2) years of physician practice management experience.
Experience in managing medical billing and reimbursement and managed care contracts.
Excellent analytical, oral and written communication, and organizational skills
Systems and software proficiency, including Excel.
Demonstrated managerial achievement and technical knowledge.
College degree required, Masters Degree preferred.
Some regional and local travel required.
