Are you an experienced NURSE Manager with an acute care background?
A not-for-profit community health system in Southern Oregon is looking for experienced nurse managers to join their team.
The Clinical Manager provides leadership to the clinical areas. The primary purpose of the position is to coordinate available resources, assist in the management and guide the strategic direction of the department and assure accountability of health care professionals to support delivery of excellent health care services.

REQUIREMENTS
1) MUST have BSN (Bachelor's of Nursing)
2) Three to five years of progressive supervisory nursing experience
3) Must be eligible for Oregon State Nursing License
4) BLS required
5) Proficiency with the complete PI cycle - ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
6) Ability to prioritize multiple projects, acting as a positive role model
7) Prior successful complex problem solving abilities
8) Competency with fiscal management
9) Ability to communicate and work in an effective manner with all levels of personnel
