Medical Group or Clinic Manager

A well-established and well-respected medical group in Northwestern Nevada has an opportunity for a seasoned individual responsible for daily operations, as well as strategic planning and marketing of the group. Strong background in human resources, financial management and reporting, accounts payable, payor contracting, and Medicare compliance. This is a great opportunity to work constructively with a dedicated group of physicians. Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of the billing and reimbursement cycle. Preferred candidates will be familiar with the deployment and use of practice management and EMR systems.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in medical group management, preferably with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field. Must have a proven track record of effective communication and leadership skills. Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
