Skills/Qualifications:
To be immediately and seriously considered for this dynamic sales opportunity, you must have the following:
* Minimum 3-5 years sales experience in a medical device or surgical device sales in the hospital or OR Market
* Documented sales successes and history in the medical industry with less than 2 job changes within the last 5 years
* Professional Appearance, Positive Attitude and Excellent Communication Skills with a HIGHLY ENERGETIC SALES PERSONALITY!

Preferred Skills:
* Experience selling medical products into the hospital or OR market with documented success.

Compensation We are offering a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes a base salary with commissions earnings PLUS possible advancement roles within the organization. Income potential first year depends upon the candidates experience, with a salary range from $ 45-55K with total first year in the low $100-$115k level. Many reps in our organization are well over the $100k range, but a new rep must sell to fill the pipeline and earn higher commissions. Second year individuals should target a much higher income.
