Billing Resolution Specialist

Research and resolve complex customer account disputes. Researches billing related problems and determines cause. Recommends and implements procedures which improve company receivable issues. Develops and maintains positive customer relations. Hours of work will be Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm. Will need resume and candidate will interview with company.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:

· Must have two years experience in medical billing and collections position including experience handling complicated billing situations.
·PC skills.
·Demonstrates good problem solving skills.
·Demonstrates willingness and ability to participate in all required training programs.
·Ability to work effectively and exercise sound business judgment in a team environment as well as independently.
·Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in business relationships.
·Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all levels of external and internal customers.
·Achieves passing scores on pre employment skills tests
