Med Spa Manager

The South River Ambulatory Surgery Center, LLC seeks a highly motivated and experienced Med Spa Manager to join its Edgewater, Maryland team. The successful candidate will manage, supervise, and coordinate the operations of the Med Spa.
Key Responsibilities include:Select, schedule, assign and evaluate staff.
Orient new staff and assure that training and education needs of staff are met.Coordinate Med Spa activities and the work assignments of staff members.Evaluate activities of Med Spa to ensure client care, staff relations, and efficiency of service.Direct the nursing assessment of all patients and perform skin consultations.Develop, implement and evaluate Med Spa policies, goals, and objectives.Participate in the development and modifications of Med Spa programs.Market services and products and participate in quality assessment activities and analysis.Direct preparation and maintenance of clients' treatment records.Inject local anesthetics, medications, and dermal fillers in accordance with Med Spa practice and protocols.Promote product sales and maintain cleanliness and comfort of clinical treatment areas.Aid physician in treatments as needed, and keeps informed of special orders concerning clients.
REQUIREMENTS
Licensed and certified aesthetician.
Two to four years related experience and/or training.
Excellent written and verbal comiunication skills.
