Senior Product Manager

The product manager main function will entail supporting sales force, distributors, and end-users as well as marketing. In addition, this person will be responsible for improving and expanding the product line in an effort to increase sales and profitability of the company. Analyze and forecast monthly sales data. Additional duties and responsibilities include:
•Developing product improvements and new products.
•Developing pricing, marketing strategies and promotional tools.
•Coordinating and supervise trade shows and distributor sales meetings.
•Resolving customer problems and ensure compatibility between products.
•Visiting key customers to evaluate products and maintain good customer relationships.
•Participating in project performance team meetings on behalf of the job unit in order to provide ideas, methods or processes for unit/company performance improvement.
•Training and educating sales staff on product lines.
•Managing of multiple demands, which have time constraints.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Desired:

• Typically requires a 4-year degree in health or other related sciences combined with 3-5 years product management experience, preferably in a surgical medical device manufacturing company.
• A high degree of analytical skill and ability to multi-task is required.
•Must have a working knowledge of various computer software programs, including MS Office.
•Communication skills, both written and verbal are necessary.
•Requires occasional overnight travel with an average of 25-35%.
•Ability to manage multiple demands, which have time constraints. In addition, able to manage the constant need to analyze an ever changing market and meet the needs of customers while continually striving for company profitability
•Endoscopic experience, especially endoscopic vein harvesting is highly desirable
