As a Marketing Coordinator in our Alexandria architecture office you will be responsible for the development, organization and production of proposals and marketing materials such as presentation materials, resumes and brochures for our healthcare program. These efforts include a significant amount of research, technical, and creative writing. Evaluates technical content, writes/edits proposal sections, and independently evaluates and clarifies client requests prior to submitting materials. Involves frequent contact with professionals outside the firm by representing the company through proposal and presentation development as well as professional meetings and seminars. Coordinates regional conference and design award activities. REQUIREMENTS
**BS in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or Architecture preferred****Minimum of 3 years marketing experience, preferably in architectural, engineering, or construction industries**
**Hands-on with experience in production, leading and managing the proposal and interview process**
**Proven writing ability****Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines****Proficiency with MS Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, In Design a plus**
**Excellent writing, spelling, proofreading, editing, and interviewing skills**
