SUMMARY OF ROLE – Manager of Inside Sales

The Manager of Inside Sales manages 11 inside sales representatives and is primarily responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this department, in the selling environment.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide exemplary leadership, coaching and development of 11 Inside Sales Representatives
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to accomplish corporate initiatives
• Establish sales forecasting goals and set performance goals and measurements
• Responsible for staffing, training, and performance evaluations to meet sales goals
• Assist in sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and compensation/incentives
• Implement Quality Assurance Standards to promote customer satisfaction
• Accountable for a 95% Service Level, 15 ASA
• Represent company at trade association meetings to promote product
• Coordinate liaison between sales department and other sales related units
• Approve sales department expense reimbursement
• Determine and implement Sale Departmental budgets and expenditures
• Implement cost procedures to reduce expenditures
• Maintain and deliver sales department policies and procedures to staff

We provide an aggressive compensation packages that includes base salary + commission + bonuses and an extensive training program.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Required to travel less than 1/4 of work year.

Manages 11 inside sales representatives and is primarily responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this department, in the selling environment. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
BA/BS and 5+ years of sales center/call center management experience, with a strong emphasis on telephony sales. Detailed familiarity with cross-selling techniques, up-selling techniques, telephone selling skill training, etc.
