Manages the administration, growth, assessment and image of the Volunteer Services Department. With minimal supervision, ensures department operates within all applicable regulations. Recruits and retains high-caliber volunteers to serve the hospital. Manages staff of 150-200 volunteers to insure they are matched to the right assignment.



Requirements
Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field. Five to Seven (5-7) years of experience. Standard Office Equipment; Microsoft Office Suite; Basic computer skills; critical thinking skills. Must be able to represent the Hospital at various community functions. Requires the ability to prioritize, operate totally self-directed and implement strategic goals. On occasion, may be required to attend social functions during the evenings or on Sundays.
