Manager, Pharmacy Services (OPS)

Join our Oncology Pharmaceutical Services team based in Missoula, MT.
You will: Oversee pharmacy operations to ensure pharmacy requirements are met. Oversee department job functions and ensures department operates within budget. Establish and implement departmental policies and procedures. Initiate and follows quality assurance and safety policies and procedures. Consult with physicians and other clinicians to provide expertise on all pharmacy related issues. Analyze and report pharmacological and disease management information. Provide hematology/oncology clinical analysis expertise to physicians and clinical staff. Conduct pharmacoeconomic and outcomes research. Support and adhere to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of pharmacy and current state licensure. Minimum five years experience as a registered pharmacist, with at least two years prior supervisory and management experience. Five years experience in a pharmacy with I.V. skills. Oncology background preferred. Prior experience in pharmacy management. Must possess current Pharmacist licensure in state of practice.
