Iron Mountain provides storage and related services for all major media, including paper, intellectual property, computer disks and tapes, microfilm and microfiche, master audio and video tapes, films and optical disks, x-rays and blueprints. In addition, Iron Mountain provides courier pickup and delivery, filing and retrieval, destruction of records, database management, customized reporting and consulting services.
We currently have an opening for a Manager of Healthcare Solutions who will provide leadership to the Iron Mountain Records Management and Iron Mountain Sales direct selling organization within the healthcare marketplace in the Northeast. The Manager of Healthcare Solutions will drive revenue with sales team toward meeting/exceeding area goals and support all products and services offered by Iron Mountain Records Management and Iron Mountain Sales.
The major responsibilities for this position include:
•Manage and provide leadership to sales team focusing on individual sales productivity and meeting quotas, goals and objectives within the healthcare sector
•Assist with the motivation of newly hired sales personnel and provide additional training to new and existing sales representatives. Training to include the management of expanding the knowledge base of Healthcare related solutions, SPIN selling reinforcement – SLX and Proposal Wizard utilization
•Accompany Sales Representatives on field sales call in pursuit of new business as needed or required within the healthcare marketplace and facilitate the close process within the sales team. Responsible for the coverage of open sales territories.
•Ongoing maintenance of the Sales infrastructure relating to information/ reporting systems, communication and information sharing. The Manager of Healthcare Solutions must be the healthcare sector subject expert to the Sales organization.
Compensation:
Base salary and high incentive/commission component (total comp at 100% of plan is 160K). Iron Mountain also provides laptops, cell phones, car allowances and comprehensive benefits package.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
•Four-year college degree in Finance, Marketing or Business Administration
•Minimum of 3 years previous sales management experience within a service driven industry; must have demonstrated experience to lead and manage a sales force to produce results expected by the Company
•PC proficient in an IBM-compatible environment. SFA/CRM experience is a plus.
•Strong verbal, written, presentation, training and interpersonal skills
•Possess a high-level of professionalism, assertiveness, creativeness and strong organizational and management skills
•Flexibility to travel for daily responsibilities, regularly scheduled management meetings, trade shows, annual company events (60% travel)
•Valid state drivers license
