Therapist /Social WorkerLiberty Resources, a multi-state provider of human services, is seeking a MST Therapist to work in our Multisystemic Therapy program in Ithaca. Multisystemic Therapy (MST) is an intensive family and community-based treatment that addresses the multiple determinants of serious antisocial behavior in juvenile offenders. The MST approach views individuals as being surrounded by a network of interconnected systems that encompass individual, family and extra-familial (peer, school, neighborhood) factors.

REQUIREMENTS
Masters in Social Work or related clinical degree and one (1) year post-graduate experience. Prior related experience may be substituted for one (1) year post-graduate requirement. Must be flexible, oriented to family work and possess the ability to adapt to the MST model. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation. Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, climb stairs and lift objects of up to 10lbs as required.
