MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNOLOGIST, SR.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology and two years of experience in the work area; or with a related major in Biological Science or Chemistry with related laboratory coursework, and two years of experience in the work area; or an Associate's degree in Medical Technology and three years of experience in the assigned work area; or graduation from a certified laboratory assistant course in medical technology or a comparable course and five years of experience in the assigned work area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
CYTOGENETICS LAB
Full-time, Days, Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm with weekend rotation, 9:00am-5:30pm
The candidate must have excellent Cytogenetic skills. Responsibilities will include: specimen processing, short term and long term tissue culturing, white light microscope analysis, slide preparation/staining, imaging/computer enhanced karyotyping, and general laboratory duties. Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm with weekend rotation
SKILLS ALSO REQUIRED: CERTIFICATION ELIGIBLE, CYTOGENETICS, SPECIALTY CERTIFICATION, TISSUE CULTURE
FAMILY PRACTICE LABORATORY

Minimum job requirements include MT(ASCP)or equivalent certification with two years of experience. Previous techincal experience in Clinical Chemistry, Hematology/Coagulation, Microbiology, and Phlebotomy in a lead or supervisory role ispreferred. Candidate must posses high degree of technical and organziation/planning skills. Previous experience with budgets and financial/organziational planning is desired
