Requires a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Chemistry or Biological Science and four years of laboratory experience in the assigned area, one year of which is in a supervisory capacity; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
MICROBIOLOGY LAB

.Recruiting for Supervisor to manage the Immunology and Specimen Processing/Rapid Procedures sections of the Clinical Microbiology/Immunology Laboratory. These sections include 24/7 operations. Position is primarily dayshift, but will require flexibility for working on all shifts as needed. Position duties also include: assist with the budget preparation process, ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines; collect and analyze data to evaluate products, processes, procedures and lab needs;coordinate programs/processes with other departments. Strong background in Clinical Immunology preferred. Minimum qualifications:BS degree in CLS (Medical Technology, Histotechnology or Cytotechnology), four years of lab experience in the assigned area, one of which has been in supervision and a ASCP, NCA or Canadian MT registry
SKILLS ALSO REQUIRED: IMMUNOLOGY/SEROLOGY, SPECIMEN PROCESSING

PLATELET DONOR PROGRAM
Full-time, Days
Supervise the collection of donors in the Platelet Donor Program, monitor quality control and proficiency testing, provide guidance and ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory guidelines. Previous donor experience is helpful
