MDS Coordinator RN

Small, friendly, country SNF looking for a part-time (2 day per week ) Registered Nurse to oversee and coordinate MDS process for 48 bed facility. Strong communication abilities with all other disciplines and departments.
Opportunity to work additional shifts to maintain full-time status, if desired.
REQUIREMENTS
Registered Nurse licensed and in good standing in New York State.
Minimum of three years of experience in long-term care.
Knowledge of federal and NYS regulations related to SNF.
Computer skills essential and attention to detail a must.
Once a month on-call Nurse Leader duty.
