MDS Coordinator / MDS

BH-Ipswich, a 59-bed skilled nursing facility located in Ipswich, South Dakota, is looking for a compassionate, dedicated and licensed RN to function as a MDS / Resident Assessment Coordinator. Coordinates or assists in the development and completion of the resident assessment process in accordance with the requirements of the Federal and state regulations as well as Company policy and procedures. Must be a Registered Nurse, prior MDS experience preferred but not required.
