Long-Term Care Director of Nursing Services in Albuquerque, NM

Las Palomas Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a 120-Bed dually licensed facility, and has a strong nursing leadership team consisting of 2 ADON/Unit Managers, SDC, MDS, Medical Records and a Scheduler.

The Director of Nursing will be responsible for Clinical systems and programs, survey preparedness, ensuring quality care and in-house training, and building and maintaining the nursing team.

REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for an dynamic, leadership experienced RN. Must have Long-term Care management experience with good clinical and regulatory skills. Ideal candidate is a strong team builder and leader.
