We are seeking a Location Director for our West Linn, OR office.
Description of responsibilities include:
Program operational planning.Develop marketing/budget plan prior to each fiscal year.Establish goals and monitor results of marketing based upon approved marketing plan.Interview and hire competent staff as needed and approved by supervisor with emphasis on recruiting the best-qualified candidates.Supervision and evaluation of nursing staff.
Staff development including orientation, in-service education and continuing education.
Participates in location administrative and clinical call as needed. REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have an active North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.Previous home care experience preferred. Start up experience a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in healthcare management required.Pediatric/neonatal experience is preferred.Ability to lead nurses in caring for medically fragile children in their homes.
Experience in handling patient concerns, recruiting, controlling costs, and building revenue.
